Quality & Manufacturing

Quality at Every Stage

From raw-material evaluation to finished-product checks, ParamGold Agritech follows a structured approach to product quality, consistency and manufacturing control.

ParamGold Agritech Pvt. Ltd. treats quality as a process, not a single inspection. Crop nutrition products move through defined stages of material evaluation, controlled manufacturing, laboratory and quality-control checks, packaging verification and batch release before dispatch.

Quality Process

A Structured Path from Input to Dispatch

Each stage supports consistency in ParamGold crop nutrition and fertilizer manufacturing.

  1. 01

    Raw Material Selection

Appropriate materials are identified for the intended product category and formulation.

  2. 02

    Incoming Material Inspection

Received materials are checked against defined requirements before use in production.

  3. 03

    Laboratory Testing

Laboratory and quality-control checks support evaluation of materials and products as applicable.

  4. 04

    Controlled Manufacturing

Production follows a defined sequence with measured inputs and process records.

  5. 05

    In-Process Quality Checks

Checks during manufacturing help maintain control and catch variation early.

  6. 06

    Finished Product Testing

Finished goods are reviewed against the applicable product specification before release.

  7. 07

    Packaging & Labelling Checks

Packs and labels are verified so product identity and required information are correct.

  8. 08

    Batch Release

Batches are released for storage and dispatch after the applicable quality steps are completed.

  9. 09

    Storage & Dispatch

Released product is handled for storage and dispatch with batch identification maintained.

Inputs

Raw Material Quality

Product consistency begins with appropriate raw-material selection and incoming-material checks.

ParamGold reviews incoming materials so that production starts from inputs that match the intended grade. Material identification, physical appearance and specification checks form the first control point in fertilizer quality and crop nutrition manufacturing.

Where applicable, supplier or material documentation is reviewed and samples are taken according to the defined requirement for that material. Materials that do not meet the stated acceptance criteria are not used in production.

  • Material identification against the intended input
  • Physical appearance and condition on receipt
  • Specification verification for the product category
  • Supplier or material documentation, where applicable
  • Appropriate sampling for the material type
  • Acceptance or rejection against defined requirements

Laboratory

Laboratory & Quality Control

Laboratory and quality-control activities support evaluation of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products as applicable to each product category.

Testing is used to confirm that a batch is consistent with the intended specification. Methods and parameters vary by product type. ParamGold does not apply every check to every grade; checks are selected for the product category and the stage of manufacture.

  • Physical characteristics, as applicable
  • Solubility, where applicable
  • pH, where applicable
  • Moisture, where applicable
  • Nutrient or composition parameters, as applicable
  • Visual and physical inspection
  • Batch consistency against the intended grade
  • Packaging verification before release

Production

Controlled Manufacturing

ParamGold manufacturing is organised around a defined formulation and a controlled production sequence. Raw-material inputs are measured, process steps are followed in order, and production records are maintained so that a batch can be identified and reviewed.

In-process monitoring and attention to handling and cleanliness support process consistency from one batch to the next. The aim is a repeatable crop nutrition product, not an unmeasured mix.

  • Defined formulation for the product grade
  • Measured raw-material inputs
  • Controlled production sequence
  • In-process monitoring
  • Batch identification throughout production
  • Production records for review and traceability
  • Handling and cleanliness during manufacture

Release

Finished Product Quality

Before a batch is released, finished product is checked against the applicable specification for that grade. The checks below are applied as relevant to the product category.

Composition

Review of nutrient or composition parameters as applicable to the labelled grade.

Physical Quality

Visual and physical condition of the finished product against expected appearance.

Solubility

Solubility checks where applicable to water-soluble crop nutrition grades.

Packaging

Pack integrity and suitability for the product form and intended handling.

Labelling

Verification that product name, grade and required label information are correct.

Batch Identification

Batch or lot identification so the product can be traced through manufacturing records.

Product Consistency

Confirmation that the batch is consistent with the intended ParamGold specification.

Identity

Packaging & Traceability

Packaging is part of product quality. ParamGold packs are checked so that the product is correctly identified and can be traced through batch records after it leaves production.

  • Appropriate packaging for the product form
  • Correct product identification on the pack
  • Batch or lot information as applicable
  • Manufacturing details as applicable on the label
  • Label verification before dispatch
  • Storage and handling of released stock
  • Traceability through batch records

Compliance

Quality Standards & Compliance

ParamGold products are manufactured, labelled and quality-controlled according to the requirements applicable to their respective product categories and to applicable Indian regulations.

Crop nutrition and fertilizer products in India are subject to category-specific rules. Where a ParamGold product is a fertilizer grade covered by the Fertiliser (Control) Order, manufacturing, labelling and quality control follow the requirements applicable to that category.

This page does not list accreditation marks or certification badges. Quality at ParamGold is described through the process: raw-material evaluation, controlled manufacturing, laboratory and quality-control checks as applicable, packaging verification and batch release.
